A Recap of High Gear Success
Ted Kettler of Motorcycle Men Podcast invited me on the show to talk about my background in the industry, how High Gear Success helps motorsports event organizers, racers and industry companies, and my 12th year of teaching motorcyclist safety.
The industry had just kind of stayed stagnant and they weren’t really keeping up with technology and marketing and promotion. A lot of the people involved in those clubs, they loved to layout trail. They loved to go riding. But they weren’t marketing people. They weren’t necessarily operations people. They weren’t necessarily business people. So, everybody has their skillset. I love employing people from other skillsets… with event organizing, I’m the marketing arm of those organizations.
