Pro Sport
Londerville powered his Yamaha YFZ 450R to sixth place off of the line in Pro Sport Moto 1, immediately making passes. By the end of the first lap, he had put his machine into third. A few mistakes shuffled him back to fourth, where he ultimately finished.

The second moto was nearly a repeat of the first with Londerville once again getting a good jump out of the gate and working his way up to third by the end of the first lap. He was trying different lines and made a small mistake that resulted in a rider getting by and dropped him back to fourth. For the rest of the race, he pushed but wasn’t able to make any passes stick and took the checkered flag in fourth. His 4-4 result gave him fifth overall on the weekend.

Production A
Londerville had a phenomenal weekend, capturing both moto wins in Production A to secure the overall. In the first moto, he launched into the lead in the second turn and maintained the lead for the rest of the race.

In Moto 2, the Wausau, Wisconsin, rider pulled the holeshot and pulled a gap on the rest of the field, even turning up the heat late in the race to set the fastest lap at 01:48.205.

450A
Londerville put in another great ride to score the 450A overall in Walnut, Illinois, after he went 1-1. Good starts have been key for Londerville this season, and Moto 1 was no exception. He put his Phoenix Racing machine into third out of the gate and blasted through the field to lock in first just after the opening lap. Continuing to turn up the speed, he set the fastest lap at 01:53.123 on the fourth lap. By the end of the race, he had created a 21-second lead.

For the second moto, he jumped into a podium position at the start. Making the move on the second-place rider by the end of the first lap, he then began to battle with the leader. Londerville plotted a pass and was able to make it happen in the rollers. He then held off his competition until the checkered flag waved.

“I feel like this weekend went well,” said Jayden Londerville. “In Pro Sport, I made a few mistakes and couldn’t find my flow for the first moto and ended up with a 4th. In Production A, I maintained a decent lead the entire first moto trying not to make mistakes and I took the win. I have some things to improve on moving forward, such as minimizing mistakes and focusing on starts.”

Four rounds are left in the series. Londerville’s performance over the weekend holds him steady at second in Pro Sport points. Tallying three overall wins in the 450A class this season, Londerville extends his points lead. He is now tied at fourth in Production A.

The 10-round series continues on June 12 at Briarcliff MX in Nashport, Ohio.
